About FIT with EMOKE
I have been doing all kinds of sports in my whole life. My hobby, Fitness and Health, is my job, is my passion. My first diploma is in teaching, so when I say I not only train but educate people about healthy lifestyle, movements, exercise, the body and mind, you know where that comes from.
Being a mother of a twin boy and girl, leading a healthy lifestyle with an excellent level of personal fitness, I WALK THE TALK. Nearly 50 years old and over 25 years in the fitness industry, I want to share my knowledge with YOU.

I believe that there’s a training, an exercise type for every individual, that is enjoyable. Through my experience of teaching different training programs as a personal trainer, a range of classes as a group instructor, guiding yoga and Pilates sessions to individuals or in groups, I can develop a training program that best suits YOUR needs, let it be building muscle, burning fat, getting rid of tensions, living pain free, recovering right or de-stressing and relaxing the body.
People can achieve all their goals without a trainer or gym membership, but you need to have the knowledge and a lot of willpower. I make this happen quicker and easier by helping you to uncover hidden challenges that may be stopping you from staying consistent with your exercise, diet and other important health routines.
I offer effective programs (knowledge) and plans with clear instructions, supporting and motivating (willpower) making you accountable.
